Please read these terms carefully. By subscribing to any Crap·Tas·Tique Co. service plan, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute the full agreement between you and Crap·Tas·Tique Co. for the provision of pet waste removal and related services.

Service Scope
- Services are limited to those described in the Client's selected tier. The Company will not perform services outside the agreed scope without separate written authorization.
- The Company reserves the right to modify service schedules due to weather, safety conditions, or other factors outside its control. Affected visits will be rescheduled where possible and with prior notification to the Client.
- Waste will be disposed of in the Client's outdoor trash receptacle.

Property Access & Client Responsibilities
- Client grants permission for Company operators to enter the service area (yard, gate, designated areas) on scheduled service days.
- Client is responsible for ensuring safe access, including functional gates, no aggressive animals present, and notification of any hazards on the property.
- The Company is not responsible for property damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, inaccessible areas, or failure to notify the Company of known hazards.
- Client is responsible for ensuring any dogs are secured indoors or safely away from the service area during visits.

General Liability Waiver
- Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Craptastique Co., its owner(s), operators, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the performance of services, including but not limited to: property damage, personal injury, pet injury or escape, or failure to locate all waste during a visit.
- The Company carries general liability insurance. In the event of a claim, Client agrees to first attempt resolution directly with the Company before pursuing legal action.
- Maximum liability for any single service incident is limited to the value of one month's service fees paid by the Client.

The Tail End Report Premium Only
- Premium clients may receive a courtesy visit summary called The Tail End Report, which includes informal visual observations of stool color, consistency, and unusual content noted during service.
- The Tail End Report is provided as a courtesy only. It does not constitute veterinary advice, medical opinion, or a health assessment of any animal.
- Craptastique Co. operators are not licensed veterinary or animal health professionals. Client agrees not to rely on Tail End Report observations as a substitute for professional veterinary care.
- Craptastique Co. assumes no liability for any action taken or not taken based on Tail End Report observations. Client expressly waives any claims arising from the use of or reliance on Tail End Report information.

Billing & Cancellation
- Services are billed monthly. Payment is due the day before the first service visit of each billing period.
- Due to calendar variation, weekly service clients will receive a visit on every scheduled service day that month, including months where your service day occurs five times. No additional charges apply for 5-visit months and no credits are issued for 4-visit months. This is reflected in your flat monthly rate.
- A $4.50/month account maintenance fee applies to all active accounts and is included in the monthly billing cycle. This fee covers automated billing and invoicing, and service confirmation and scheduling notifications.
- Clients may cancel service with 14 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment after 7 days past due.

Scheduling
- Craptastique currently operates on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday service schedule. Your service day will fall on one of these days and is noted in the Client Information section.
- Holiday Schedule: Craptastique observes Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Veterans Day, July 4th, and Thanksgiving. When a scheduled service day falls on one of these holidays, service will be completed on the service day immediately preceding the holiday at no additional charge and with no change to your monthly billing.
- Craptastique services in light rain but reserves the right to delay or reschedule visits due to heavy rain, snow, ice, severe weather, or events that create unsafe road conditions. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you directly by text or email and reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity at no additional charge. Your flat monthly rate is unaffected by weather-related rescheduling.

Photos & Communications
- The Company may photograph yard conditions, gate access, and service areas for quality assurance and client communication purposes. Photos are shared only with the Client and retained for internal records.
- Client consents to receive service-related communications via text, email, or the Sweep&Go client portal.

Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Pet & Property Safety Requirements
- Pet Securement: All dogs and pets must be secured indoors prior to our arrival. Service will not begin until this is confirmed. If pets are not secured upon arrival, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave and the visit will be counted as completed for billing purposes.
- Stay Indoors During Service: All household members must remain indoors for the duration of the visit. Equipment including power washers may leave deck and patio surfaces temporarily wet and slippery. Craptastique is not liable for injury resulting from entry into the service area during or immediately following a visit.
- Gates: Our operators take reasonable care to secure all gates upon entry and exit. Craptastique is not liable for pet escape, property damage, or personal injury resulting from unsecured gates or unauthorized entry into the service area during service.
